The Wells Theatre

Town Point Park

Enjoy regularly scheduled festivals and concerts at Town Point Park on the Elizabeth River waterfront in downtown Norfolk. Harborfest, celebrating Norfolk’s maritime heritage, is downtown’s biggest summer event, drawing crowds of more than 100,000 people every year. Other annual events include the Virginia Wine Festival, the Norfolk Jazz Festival, and the Bayou Boogaloo. Boat and ferry rides are available from the park.

Harrison Opera House

Virginia Opera is is one of the finest regional opera companies in the nation and is the only company to perform regularly in three separate main stage venues, including the spectacular Harrison Opera House in Norfolk. Operas for the 2006-2007 season will include Carmen

Harbor Park

Home of the Norfolk Tides, Triple-A affiliate of the New York Mets. Located on the Elizabeth River in downtown Norfolk, the park has a capacity of more than 12,000 people.
